My name is Peggy Fenton and I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors in Killeen, Texas. I am a native born Texan. I have been a military wife myself; therefore, I feel very comfortable when I say that I truly understand the relocation process and all that it involves. I have lived in the area since 1971, with the exception of our military moves. I have a marvelous, handsome 23-year-old son that is soon to graduate from college in horticultural engineering, thank goodness! I have been a member of the Fort Hood Area Board of Realtors for the past 14 years, which serves the surrounding cities of Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Kempner, and Lampasas. I am an Associate Broker, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Relocation Certified Specialist (CRRS), and have been a multimillion-dollar producer for the past 14 years. For those of you that like the Belton/Salado/Temple areas, I have just joined their board of realtors and can help you in those areas as well. My job is to do everything in my power to help make your move one that is essentially worry free. I can help make lodging reservations, provide you with educational, employment, and child-care information. I am here to provide you with absolutely outrageous service! My personal hobbies include spending time with my horses, snow skiing, gardening, and cooking. Call me for all your real estate needs, Coldwell Banker… making real estate real easy ®
